Cancellation &Refund policy

1) Order Cancellation Policy:

All orders placed atAroma Sales Corporationonline portal are final. We will not entertain any request related to cancellation unless, you inform uswithin 1 hour from placing the order by emailing usabout the cancellationwith your order number and address details (for verification).

If all the above conditions are complied, we will cancel your order and refund your amount paid after deducting the portal/ gateway charges, or any other expenses incurred in processing your order, which shall be borne by the customer/client i.e. you.

2) Returns, Exchange & Refunds:

We have NO Returns, Exchange & Refunds policy.

Since,we are providing an online sampling platform. Hence, cannot guaranteea product`s aromatic profile/performance as per your anticipation, we advise you to:

A. Order smallest packing size first, check / test the material and then placeorders for larger quantities.

B. Since you are purchasing materials that are repacked, there may be minor aromatic profile changes due to oxidation, variations between batches,minor purity percentages, etc. leading to profile mismatches.

C. For similar/identical materials (with same CAS numbers), each manufacturer has varying technical specifications (purity, acid value, pH, isomers etc.), different raw materials & processes, resulting in variations.

HENCE, WE CANNOT RETURN THE PRODUCT OR PROVIDE REFUND

But YES…., we do it in some special cases.

We have our tracking & record keeping systems with multiple checkpoints to prevent any shipment of wrong product. But, If you strongly believe that the product you received is incorrect, docommunicate your concern clearly via email, we will get in touch with you, &internally go over our records and will try to find a solution.

We may request you to ship back the product for us to investigate internally and also to see if it was tampered with or if another product from our portfolio been sent by mistake.If it’s a case of mix up from us, we will offer you a replacement product after receiving the wrong product back. If not, we will offer you a refund of the amount after receiving back the wrong product and deducting courier charges, online portal charges (& other charges, if any) from refund amount.

Your order shall be automatically cancelled by system, in case of any technical glitches, wrong payments, discounts, etc, and you shall be informed accordingly.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders received under special circumstances. All matters shall be subject to Delhi (India) Jurisdiction.

*Please note that we have full discretion to make our decisions which shall be binding on customer/client (i.e you), and the cost of shipment sending and return along with portal/ any other charges/fee/expense , will not be borne by us.
