Shipping policy

Shipping Terms & Conditions.

For any questions/concerns, you can reach support by email orwhatsapp mentioned on contact us page, and we will get in touch with you at the earliest.

a) Dispatch Time:

1) Dispatch times for Domestic Shipments: We usually take 1 to 2working days to pack &dispatch local shipments. However, there may be slight delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Delivery expected time shall be 5-10 days, depending on delivery location and courier partner terms.

2) The details of the same shall be communicated to you accordingly.

3) In special case, if one or more products in your order are not readily available with us, we shall arrange to send you part shipment of available products and a separate shipment for remaining products will be done separately. Which shall be informed to you accordingly.

4) In special cases, due to non-availability of specific pack size for one or more ordered products, we may provide with different pack size to complete your order. (eg. you ordered for 1x1kg pack, but if it’s currently unavailable, we may ship 2x500gm instead at no extra cost for you).

b) For domestic shipments, we work with DTDC Courier, Professional Couriers, Skyking Courier, Trackon, etc. and try the ship with the best alternative for each destination.

c) Scope of Shipment Service & Support:

1) Any tracking number shared with you, is to be followed up only by you, the Client.

2) We will not be involved unless it’s at least 7 days from the dispatch date or unless there is a genuine issue with the shipment (say wrong address, phone number, etc).

3) Any follow-up requires you to get in touch with your local office of the courier partner and we cannot do this for you.

4) Any delays caused by a courier partner is not our responsibility and it is to be accepted as a challenge that all of us face in reality.

For Store Pickup:

1. We shall communicate with you for arranging pickup (on email/phone number, as per details provided by you), once your order is packed and ready for delivery.

2. After receiving packing confirmation from us, Order can be picked up by you, only in working hours i.e. 10.00 Hrs to 18.00 Hrs on all working days (i.e. Monday to Saturday) except National / State (Delhi) holidays. We recommend you to kindly confirm us before arranging to pickup the material one day in advance (if possible).

3. If exceptional cases, we can arrange to ship the (Pick for Store) orders to your location form our end, on prepayment of shipping charges. For details, do contact us.

d) Loss of Shipments and Insurance:  If any shipment is lost, we are happy to work with the courier partner to follow due process in insurance claims (Insurance is to done by Client i.e. you).
